These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, membership services, digital content, communications, and any related services we provide.

The Longevity Lab Membership provides access to health optimization content, resources, and coaching services as described at the time of purchase. Membership features, pricing, and delivery methods are subject to change with reasonable notice.

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll.
• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Upon receipt of a STOP keyword, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. Opting out of marketing messages does not affect transactional messages required to complete a service you have requested.

• Billing: Membership fees are billed as described at checkout (one-time or recurring). By enrolling, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the applicable billing cycle.
• Failed Payments: If a payment fails, your access may be suspended until payment is resolved.
• Refund Policy: Refunds are issued at the Company's discretion. Please contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe an error has occurred.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 14 days' prior notice to existing members.
• Third-Party Processors: Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe). Their terms of service also apply to your transactions.

You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at the information below. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or behavior harmful to other members or our team.

All content provided through The Longevity Lab Membership — including videos, written materials, guides, graphics, and course content — is the exclusive intellectual property of Conscious Ascension LLC and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
• Your membership grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access content for personal, non-commercial use only.

⚠️ 8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific health outcomes or results. Individual results will vary based on effort, adherence, and other factors beyond our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Conscious Ascension LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.
